Where to Watch Football in Destin, FL: 2026 Sports Bars & Watch Parties

This weekend's college football and NFL games in Destin time, the bars where your team's fans gather, and the questions to ask before you walk in, because a big TV wall doesn't guarantee your game is on it.

Updated Monday, October 5, 2026. The schedule is refreshed every week of the season.

Football fans watching a college game on a wall of TVs at a sports bar in Destin, Florida

The short answer: for the most screens, go to Tailfins Waterfront Grill on the Destin Harbor (70+ TVs, a jumbo video wall and NFL Sunday Ticket) or O'Quigley's on Emerald Coast Parkway (64 TVs) or The Gulf Club (40 TVs and reservable stadium seats). For the single biggest screen indoors, Sandlot in Miramar Beach. For a room full of your own team's fans, find your school's alumni watch party below. Florida fans gather at Harry T's. In Miramar Beach, Auston's on 98 has NFL Sunday Ticket plus every streaming service the leagues use, and gives the sound to whichever team has the biggest crowd.

Monday, Oct. 12 Monday Night Football

7:15pmBuffalo Bills at Los Angeles RamsESPN / ABC

Watch parties this week: Saints fans get two this week. Falcons at Saints is tonight at 7:15 on ESPN, and Vikings at Saints is Sunday at noon on FOX. The Gulf Club puts on every Saints game it can. Seminole fans start Friday: Florida State at Louisville is at 6:00 on ESPN, and Harry T's runs FSU watch parties. Saturday, Gator fans head to Harry T's, home of the Emerald Coast Gator Club's game watches, for South Carolina at Florida at 11:45 on SEC Network. At 2:30, Harry T's switches to Sooners colors for Texas vs. Oklahoma on ABC, and Ole Miss fans pack the jumbotron at AJ's for Ole Miss at Vanderbilt on ESPN. The night is the big one. LSU plays at Kentucky at 6:00 on ESPN, and LSU fans head to the harbor. Then it's Georgia at Alabama at 6:30 on ABC. The Bama chapter posts its venue on @emeraldcoast.bamaclub, and the UGA chapter has gathered at Old Florida Fish House on 30A. Expect every TV wall in town to be on that one, so get there early. Call the club or the bar to confirm before you go.

"Streaming only" means ask first. One game this week never touches a TV channel: Thursday Night Football, Buccaneers at Cowboys, on Prime Video. Not every bar is set up for it, so call ahead if that's your team. Auston's on 98 has confirmed it carries Prime, and Miller's Ale House has streamed Amazon games before. Sunday starts early: the Eagles and Jaguars kick off from London at 8:30am on NFL Network, and Tailfins serves breakfast from 8. After that, only some noon games air on local CBS and FOX here; the rest need NFL Sunday Ticket.

Best Sports Bars in Destin to Watch Football

These put multiple games on at once, so everyone in your group can follow their team. Each one comes with a game-day order, so you're not reading a menu during the kickoff.

Miller's Ale House

34906 Emerald Coast Pkwy, near Destin Commons

  • 60+ TVs and no bad seats, by their own count, plus 35+ beers on tap — domestics, crafts and imports.
  • They have NFL Sunday Ticket, so out-of-market Sunday afternoon games are covered.
  • They show the streaming games too. When the 49ers and Rams went to Netflix, Miller's promoted it as "watch here." They've also streamed Peacock and Amazon games.
  • Wing Wednesday: wings at $1 each — 12 for $11.99 or 24 for $23.99. Handy for a Thursday-night kickoff week.
  • College football and the NFL all weekend, on TVs inside and on the patio.
  • Big parking lot, right off Highway 98 near Destin Commons — the easiest place to park on this list.
Game-day order: a 23oz Big House Beer and a plate of wings. On Wednesdays that's 12 wings for $11.99, which is the cheapest way to feed a table before a Thursday night game.

Tailfins Waterfront Grill

172 Harbor Blvd, Destin Harbor

Big screen showing an NFL game over the tiki huts and the water at Tailfins Waterfront Grill on the Destin Harbor
Sunday on the deck at Tailfins — the big screen sits right out over the harbor.
  • More than 70 TVs plus a jumbo video wall across three waterfront levels — they've claimed close to 100 screens in their own posts. Every other game runs on the TVs around the big one.
  • They have NFL Sunday Ticket, listed on their own game-day materials alongside college football and game-day specials.
  • They pitch themselves as Destin's SEC headquarters. Alabama, Georgia, Florida, LSU, Auburn, Tennessee and Ole Miss all get played here, so expect a mix of colors rather than one fan base.
  • Breakfast 8 to 11am, seven days a week, with bottomless mimosas — the move for an 11am kickoff.
  • Free parking for customers through mid-May, except during special events.
  • The easiest place for a group where only half of you care about football.
Game-day order: Saturday breakfast from 8am with bottomless mimosas, then stay put for the 11am kickoff and work into the waterfront bites and craft cocktails as the day goes.

O'Quigley's Seafood Steamer & Oyster Sports Bar

34940 Emerald Coast Pkwy #101

Team flags hanging from the ceiling above a packed dining room at O'Quigley's in Destin

Gator orange and blue over the bar at Harry T's — home of the Emerald Coast Gator Club's game watches.
  • 20+ big screens with harbor views.
  • The watch-party bar. Home of the Emerald Coast Gator Club, which publishes a full season game-watch schedule here, plus Sooners, Seminoles and UCF Knights parties. Expect a different set of colors every weekend.
  • They validate your parking. HarborWalk Village parking is paid, and Harry T's covers the fee for customers — the only bar on this page that does.
  • They've shown ESPN+ games for the UCF watch parties, so streaming-only games are covered.
  • They post each week's watch parties on Facebook, and open early for 11am kickoffs.
Game-day order: the new fall menu runs to a $24.95 Gulf flounder you pick the preparation for — Hemingway, Piccata, Acadian or Pontchartrain. For a game, go simpler: 10 jumbo breaded wings for $20 with a choice of sauce, the Certified Angus cheeseburger at $18, or Dave's Dogs, two all-beef hot dogs with chili and cheese, at $17.

The Gulf Club Restaurant & Sports Pub

960 US-98 E, Suite 112, Sunsations Plaza, Destin

Row of screens above the bar in the bright modern dining room at The Gulf Club in Destin
The Gulf Club — newer, brighter and less dive bar than most of this list.
  • 40 TVs, 27 beers on tap and stadium seating, with football memorabilia on the walls.
  • Game specials start 30 minutes before every kickoff, college or NFL: 99¢ wings, $22 game platters, $18 coolers of bottled beer and $5 select drafts.
  • You can reserve a table or the stadium seats online at thegulfclubdestin.com — worth doing for a big Saturday.
  • Their "1st & 10 Happy Hour" runs 2 to 6pm seven days a week, with food and drinks under $10 — it overlaps most afternoon kickoffs.
  • One of Destin's newer sports pubs, and a spot Saints fans like.
Game-day order: 99¢ wings and a $22 game platter for the table once the game specials start. During the 1st & 10 Happy Hour, everything is under $10: crawfish bread $8, queso mac and cheese balls $6, meatballs or poutine $7, and $5 for a 16oz draft, a well drink or a house wine.

CJ's Hangout

385 Harbor Blvd, across from the harbor

Auburn and LSU flags over the bar and a full room of regulars watching football at CJ's Hangout in Destin
A full bar at CJ's — team flags overhead and regulars two deep.
  • The local one. In their own words, a full-service, family-friendly sports bar that caters to locals — 22 TVs in a room where the staff learns your name.
  • Game-night specials: domestic beer buckets $12.95, Nathan's hot dogs $5, boiled peanuts $5.
  • Pizzas, wings, salads and subs.
  • Music bingo and open mic comedy on non-game nights.
Game-day order: a domestic beer bucket for the table at $12.95, a Nathan's hot dog and a $5 bucket of boiled peanuts. Cheapest full game-day setup on this page.

116 Harbor Blvd, Destin Harbor

Fans in team colors watching a college football game on the outdoor jumbotron at AJ's on the Destin Harbor
The jumbotron deck at AJ's on a Saturday — LSU purple and Alabama crimson at the same tables.
  • The jumbotron. A stadium-sized outdoor screen on the harbor deck — the closest thing in Destin to watching a game in the stands, and the reason big fan bases pick AJ's.
  • They have NFL Sunday Ticket. Their own game-day flyers list it alongside College GameDay and beer specials.
  • They post the weekend's jumbotron lineup on Facebook, usually three games deep on a Saturday.
  • Live music on three stages most nights, so the group that doesn't care about football still has something to do.
  • Happy hour 3 to 6pm Monday to Friday.
Game-day order: during happy hour, a dozen raw oysters is $15, a 24oz draft is $5.50, and house wines and a Crown & Down are $5 each. The Bimini Bash cocktail is $7.

NFL Sunday Ticket Bars in Destin: What Changed in 2026

If your NFL team isn't from around here, this section matters. NFL Sunday Ticket is the package that shows out-of-market Sunday afternoon games, which is how a Bears or Packers fan watches their team in a Florida bar.

For 2026 the way bars get it changed. DirecTV for Business's Sunday Ticket deal expired on February 26, 2026, and EverPass is now the only licensed way for bars and restaurants to show it, by streaming. A bar that had Sunday Ticket through DirecTV last season only has it now if it signed up with EverPass.

Three questions to ask before you go:

1. Do you have NFL Sunday Ticket through EverPass this year?
2. Can you put my team's game on a TV, with sound?
3. For Thursday, Sunday night or holiday games, are you set up for Prime Video, Netflix and Peacock? This season 22 NFL games stream on those services.

Sunday Ticket doesn't include games already on your local CBS or FOX station, or national games like Sunday Night Football. Home subscriptions such as Sunday Ticket on YouTube TV aren't licensed for use in a bar.

Four bars have confirmed NFL Sunday Ticket for 2026: Auston's on 98, AJ's Seafood & Oyster Bar, Tailfins Waterfront Grill and Miller's Ale House.

For the streaming-only games — the ones on Netflix, Prime Video, Peacock, ESPN+ and SEC Network+ — Auston's covers all of them, Harry T's has shown ESPN+ games, and Sandlot and Miller's have both put the Netflix games on their big screens. We're checking the other bars on this page and will add them as they confirm.

Where is the best place to watch football in Destin?

For the most screens, Tailfins Waterfront Grill on the Destin Harbor has more than 70 TVs and a video wall, and O'Quigley's on Emerald Coast Parkway has 64 TVs. In Miramar Beach, Auston's on 98 has NFL Sunday Ticket plus Netflix, Prime, Peacock, ESPN+, SEC Network+ and ACC Network, and gives the sound to whichever team has the biggest crowd. The University of Alabama's Emerald Coast chapter hosts a watch party for every televised Alabama game and posts the location on its Instagram, @emeraldcoast.bamaclub. Boshamps on the Destin Harbor is also popular with Alabama fans, so call ahead.

Which bars in Destin have NFL Sunday Ticket?

Four bars have confirmed NFL Sunday Ticket for 2026: Auston's on 98, AJ's Seafood & Oyster Bar, Tailfins Waterfront Grill and Miller's Ale House. Ask anywhere else before you go: the way bars get the package changed this year, after DirecTV for Business's deal ended in February and EverPass became the licensed route, so some bars that had it last season may not have it now. Sunday Ticket covers out-of-market Sunday afternoon games, not local or national games.

Are there sports bars in Miramar Beach near Destin?

Yes. Auston's on 98 on Poinciana Blvd has 37 TVs, NFL Sunday Ticket and every streaming service the leagues use, and shows college football all day Saturday and the NFL all day Sunday. Sandlot Sports Bar on Seascape Drive has a 22-foot LED TV, and Roberto's Pizzeria Sports Bar & Grill is at the Village of Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin.
